Prevail Fitness specializes in private personal training, group workouts, corporate wellness and virtual personal training. We are also the premier personal coaching program for youth sports training in Highland Park. Our coaches are formally educated in health and fitness, and hold numerous personal training certificates including NASM CPT, CES and PES. We also hold certifications with TRX, Kettlebell Concepts Level 2 and ViPR/Powerplate. On top of health education and certifications, we have also been personal training professionally for almost a decade.

All of this education and experience means that we can build comprehensive plans specifically to meet your needs. Whether you are a bodybuilder looking to compete at the national level or just want to get back in shape, we can help you reach your goals.
